1. 內政部推動外來人口換發「新式統一證號」政策，自110年1月2日起進行外來人口新式統一證號換發作業：
   The Ministry of the Interior has promoted the policy of renewal of "New UI No." for Foreign Nationals and carried out this task from January 2, 2021
   請至內政部移民署全球資訊網「新式外來人口統一證號專區」查詢相關資訊(如：政策說明、中英文版常見問答及多國語音懶人包等；網頁連結：「新式外來人口統一證號專區」)。
   Please refer to the "New UI No. Format for Foreign Nationals " at the Website of National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior to check related information ( e.g., Policy Explanation, FAQ in Chinese and English version and a short version for Multilanguage; website link:“New UI No. for Foreign Nationals”)

2. 改號後建議您將新式統一證號同步給予撥薪雇主、銀行、保險公司、證券公司、公共事業費機關、稅捐機關…等單位，以利該單位更新資訊並順利依您與該單位之約定完成入/扣款項。
   After replacing your UI No., it is recommended to simultaneously provide relevant information to payroll employers, banks, insurance companies, securities companies, public utility fee agencies, taxation agencies, etc., for them to successfully update your information to complete the deposit/deduct.

3. 本年度所得稅結算申報期間將屆，請您注意申報之統一證號與金融機構留存之證號是否相符，以維護您的權益。
   This year’s income tax settlement and declaration period for this year will expire soon. For your rights, please confirm that your declared UI No. matched the certificate number retained by the financial institution.
4. 若您與本行有信用卡、授信業務往來，本行於接獲財團法人金融聯合徵信中心通知後，主動將您的統一證號更新為新式外來人口證號，以確保存款帳戶資料及傳送聯徵中心資料正確性。
   If you have credit card or loan business dealings with our bank, after we received the notice from Joint Cerdit Information Center, we will automatically replace your previous UI No. into new UI No. to ensure the correctness of the information transmitted.
5. 如您有申請本行電話/網路/行動銀行服務，於您向本行變更為新式統一證號當日，請仍以變更前之統一證號登入上述服務，當您接獲本行通知之第三個營業日起，請以變更後之新式統一證號登入。如您原舊式統一證號有綁定行動銀行裝置，亦需請您以新式統一證號重新綁定。
   If you have set up telephone/internet/mobile banking service with the original UI No., please enter the original UI No. while logging in to the above mentioned service systems. From and after the third Business Day after You receive the notice from KGI Bank , you shall log in thereto with the new UI No. If you have registered a mobile device to access the mobile banking service with the original UI No., you will also need to re-register your mobile device with the new UI No.
6. 改號後請避免繼續使用舊式外來人口證號辦理金融交易，以確保交易及存款帳戶資料正確性，建議您可擇期攜帶最新證照正本至任一鄰近分行或郵寄「外來人口統一證號異動申請書【郵寄申請專用】｣更新資料，以利您個人資料管理一致性。
   To ensure the correctness of the transaction and deposit account, please avoid using original UI No. for financial transaction after replacing your new UI No.. It is recommended that you bring your latest identification document and go to any nearby branch or post the"Application for Updating New UI No. for Foreign Nationals【For Mail-in Application ONLY】"to update your personal information to maintain the consistency of your personal information.
