Eligibiity for application:
Please bring the following:
Individual: ID card and another document to prove your identity, such as health card, passport, driver's license or student ID
Company: 2 documents that prove the identity of the person in charge and company registration certificate (such as the approval letter of company registration certificate by competent authority, company registration certificate or most recent change of company registration certificate), and another document such as board meeting minutes, company policy or financial statement
Sole proprietorship or partnership: 2 documents that prove the identity of the person in charge and company registration certificate (such as the approval letter of company registration certificate by competent authority or business license), and another document such as business tax payment certificate or proof of uniform invoice purchase
For non-profit organizations: 2 documents that prove the identity of the person in charge or the representative, documents approved by competent authority and notice of assignment of uniform number, and another document such as the establishment (donation) certificate or meeting minutes of agreeing to open an account
