Experienced in banking
• Nearly 20 years of working in Bank SinoPac.
• Responsible for Y2K contingency project in 1998. Through the inventory of work items, the confirmation of the work process, the Y2K contingency practice, and the whole bank test and drill, passed the millennium smoothly.
• Established Retail Banking Operation Center in 6 months in 2003, centralized the credit investigation, evaluation and loan operations of retail banking business of the province’s 42 branches , and completed the goals of standardization, automation and improvement of human efficiency.
• Assisted KGIB to integrate with CDF management system, and coordinated cross-departmental communication for major projects starts from 2015.
