Achievement
T.C. has served as General Manager (Taiwan) at 4 international banks, including UBS, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank and Bankers Trust, and also Head of investment banking business at Citibank Taipei.
He was responsible for introducing a number of financial products such as project finance, structured trade finance, M&A financing and structured finance.
It is through these products that T.C. has helped domestic enterprises in acquiring more than NT$10 billion of funds and has significantly upgraded Taiwan’s financial industry product scope.

• Offered advice on development of Taiwan’s foreign exchange market while working as Board member of Taipei Foreign Exchange Market Development Foundation for nearly 20 years.
