Dian worked for Deloitte Taiwan as a Partner for more than 20 years. Prior to serving as the Financial Service Industry leader from 2013 to 2019, Dian was the Banking Sector leader of Deloitte Taiwan for more than 10 years. Majority of Dian’s clients were leading financial institutions. Dian assisted two financial holding companies in obtaining government approval of their setup and assisted four commercial banks in becoming listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
