Chung-Jen has served as the head of KGI Bank’s legal compliance department from Sept. 2014 to April 2015, and was a member of major committees such as the operation management committee and commodity review committee in the bank.
With extensive knowledge in the development of banking business and related application processes, Chung-Jen actively participated in the discussion of business risks in the above-mentioned committees, while acted as the main contact point for competent authorities including Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and Central Bank of the Republic of China.

• Served as Chief Legal Officer of CDF and CDIB from 2011 to Sept. 2014, committing to improve supervisory assessment system with compliance implementation.
• Assigned to KGI Bank after business transfer of CDIB to be responsible for the integration of relevant business regulations.
• Acted as Auditor General of KGI Bank since May 2015, managing the audit business and promoting the risk-based internal audit system for more effective allocation of internal audit resources.
• Applied to FSC for the adoption of the risk-based internal audit system with the application being approved in the same year.
